Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Use P6 scheduling software to create, update, and maintain project schedules.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Identify project dependencies and critical paths, and develop strategies to manage project risks.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Provide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders on the progress of the project, including any changes to the schedule.
  • Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, and ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling in the construction industry, with a strong focus on P6 scheduling.
  • Proficient in using Primavera P6 scheduling software and other project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred, but not required.
