About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Owner to lead the delivery of critical initiatives from concept through execution. As the Project Owner, you will serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that project goals align with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities
:Define, prioritize, and maintain the project backlog in alignment with strategic goals
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by actively managing scope, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospectives
Monitor project performance and generate status reports for stakeholders
Advocate for end-users by incorporating feedback into project planning and development
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Owner, or similar role
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
Experience working in a software or technology-driven environment
Familiarity with user experience (UX) and design thinking principles
