Job Details

The Project Manager owns the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout ensuring construction projects are executed safely, on schedule, and on budget. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced field environment with multiple moving parts.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Drive planning, scheduling, and execution across all phases of assigned construction projects.
  • Build and manage project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and stakeholder reports.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontractors; ensure timely resolution of engineering submittals and field-level construction needs.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and maintain project momentum.
  • Manage change order tracking and approval processes; ensure billing accuracy aligns with contract and customer requirements.
  • Keep engineering, procurement, and construction teams aligned on scope, design intent, and operational requirements.
  • Own project documentation — contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting records.
  • Proactively surface risks, variances, and schedule impacts; lead corrective action and recovery planning.
  • Run progress meetings and serve as a clear, reliable communication hub for all stakeholders.
  • Execute smooth project closeout including demobilization, documentation, and lessons learned capture.
