Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective resource allocation and task execution in a production environment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues specific to manufacturing operations and supply chain.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including production, engineering, and senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing manufacturing processes and product lines.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities for project-specific materials, equipment, and services.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead manufacturing initiatives (e.g., new product introduction, process improvement, capital equipment installation).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control principles.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for design and manufacturing visualization.
