A bit about us:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to support delivery across multiple software development teams in a fast-moving product environment. This individual will play a hybrid role spanning Agile facilitation, delivery coordination, and product execution support, helping engineering teams operate efficiently while aligning closely with product and design stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone comfortable working at the intersection of engineering execution, sprint planning, roadmap coordination, and cross-functional communication.

Job Details
What You’ll Do
- Support multiple engineering teams as a scrum facilitator and delivery lead
- Coordinate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Partner with product and design teams to refine requirements and user stories
- Track project timelines, priorities, and dependencies across initiatives
- Maintain visibility into delivery progress using Agile project tracking tools
- Identify blockers and proactively drive resolution
- Coordinate release planning and feature rollout readiness
- Collaborate with technical leadership on roadmap execution
- Help improve Agile processes and team delivery effectiveness
- Support QA coordination to ensure testing alignment with release cycles
- Serve as a communication bridge between engineering and business stakeholders
Team Environment
- Work closely with engineering leadership and senior technical contributors
- Support multiple distributed product development teams
- Partner daily with Product Managers and Designers
- Contribute to cross-team planning initiatives and delivery alignment
- Collaborate with teammates across North and South America
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or Technical Program Manager
- Strong understanding of Agile software development lifecycles
- Ability to facilitate meetings and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Experience supporting distributed or remote engineering teams
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Comfort working with technical workflows and engineering concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Jira or similar Agile tracking platforms
- Ability to proactively remove blockers and improve team velocity
- Professional English required (Spanish is a plus)
Technology Environment
- This role supports teams working across a modern cloud-native application stack that includes:
- Backend services built with Ruby-based frameworks and relational databases
- Frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and component libraries
- Containerized infrastructure deployed in Kubernetes environments on Google Cloud
- Automated testing across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers
- Collaboration tools including Jira, Slack, Figma, and digital whiteboarding platforms
- Engineering practices such as trunk-based development, feature flagging, continuous deployment, and sprint-based delivery cycles
