Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from tender through substantial completion
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all times
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communication
  • Identify and resolve project risks proactively

What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and contracts
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • PMP or Gold Seal certification is an asset
  • Degree or diploma in construction management or related field
