Project Manager – Water Business (Texas & Central U.S.)

Qualifications:
- Texas PE license (Preferred)
- Lead medium to large water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from planning through construction in a municipal environment. Required
- 12+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience (planning, design, design‑build, asset management, construction). Required
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting and funding. Required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to complete all pre‑employment requirements per applicable laws.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from planning through construction. Municipal environment
What You’ll Do:
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and performance.
- Lead medium to large water, wastewater, and stormwater projects from planning through construction in a municipal environment
- Lead multi‑discipline teams, including internal staff and subconsultants.
- Present updates to clients and support key decision-making.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and startup coordination.
- Ensure quality, safety, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Support staffing plans and resource management.
- Build strong client relationships and support new/repeat business.
Work Environment:
- Business traveler schedule; travel 60%+.
- Travel weeks: work from office or remote on non‑travel days.
- Non‑travel weeks: 3 days in a COMPANY office, 2 days remote.
