Job Details

What You’ll Do:
Lead the full lifecycle of water and wastewater treatment plant construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation
Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and change order negotiations
Monitor project financial performance including cost forecasting and profitability
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements
Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and field teams

What They’re Looking For:
5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater construction
Experience managing treatment plant, pump station, or utility infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of municipal contracting and public infrastructure projects
Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders including owners, engineers, and subcontractors
Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and contract management
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
