Are you an experienced Project Manager – Underground Utilities ready to lead impactful site development projects in Land O’ Lakes, Florida? Join a well-established, full-service site development contractor with more than 20 years of success delivering land clearing, grading, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt projects throughout Central Florida. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager – Underground Utilities position include:
- Minimum 5 years of underground utilities experience (required) – Oversee field operations, coordinate vendors, inspectors, and engineers, and manage site work activities.
- Strong project management background – Manage project budgets, schedules, and customer expectations in alignment with company goals.
- Experience preparing schedules and budgets – Develop project schedules in MS Project and budgets in B2W using estimator data.
- Ability to manage permits and agency coordination – Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies from project start through final acceptance.
- Document control and change order management skills – Track submittals, change orders, plan revisions, and contract modifications.
- Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets – Monitor costs, track progress, and prepare monthly pay requests.
- Strong communication and leadership skills – Serve as liaison between owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record – Utilize company truck and gas card while traveling to project sites as needed.
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a company truck (take-home vehicle) with gas card, 401(k) with up to 4% company match, health insurance with company contribution, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, referral program, and 11 company holidays.
