Description

  • Lead and manage commercial and multifamily construction projects in Greensboro from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to avoid delays.
  • Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout all phases of construction.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Triad Commercial & Multifamily should have:

  • Relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing commercial and multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams effectively.

Job Offer
