- Proven experience managing transportation or civil infrastructure projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in construction site management.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Solid understanding of contracts, project scheduling, and cost estimation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
What You will Do
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a shuttle system.
- Supervise, train, and support all bus drivers on-site.
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with contractors.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve driver training programs.
- Monitor performance metrics, optimize routes and scheduling, and drive efficiency.
- Ensure the shuttle program supports overall job-site productivity and growth.
