QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience managing transportation or civil infrastructure projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong background in construction site management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  • Solid understanding of contracts, project scheduling, and cost estimation.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES

What You will Do

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a shuttle system.
  • Supervise, train, and support all bus drivers on-site.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with contractors.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve driver training programs.
  • Monitor performance metrics, optimize routes and scheduling, and drive efficiency.
  • Ensure the shuttle program supports overall job-site productivity and growth.
