Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of healthcare construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in healthcare facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
