Job Summary:
NuAxis Innovations is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ServiceNow development and deployment efforts supporting the expansion of the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform at an enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules including planning, execution, and transition to operations.
- Manage a cross-functional team of developers, administrators, business analysts, and organizational change management specialists.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission needs and technical requirements.
- Oversee Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies using ServiceNow SPM and other PM tools.
- Ensure compliance with federal frameworks (e.g., ISO 20000, CMMI Level 3, ITIL v4).
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years leading ServiceNow implementations.
- Proven experience managing federal IT projects
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and SPM modules.
- Familiarity with Agile, CX, and ethnographic design principles
- PMP or CSM certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
