Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead self-perform concrete operations across a range of infrastructure and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in structural concrete and a passion for delivering high-quality work through collaborative team management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of self-perform concrete work including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Manage field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of concrete scopes.
Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and operations teams to develop work plans and logistics strategies.
Monitor productivity, cost performance, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company procedures.
Lead and mentor field supervisors and foremen to promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing self-perform concrete work on large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of formwork systems, rebar installation, concrete placement, and finishing techniques.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
