Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Consumer Insights Project Manager:

  • Engage with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business initiatives.
  • Translate consumer and customer data into sales-enablement tools, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver strategic projects.
  • Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Track performance metrics and use data to optimize future sales and customer engagement strategies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications of the Sales & Consumer Insights Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Market Research, or Project Management.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients or customers.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional and customer-facing projects.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (Mie-Trak Pro experience a plus).
