Salary: $80,000–$85,000

Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Consumer Insights Project Manager:
- Engage with customers to understand needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business initiatives.
- Translate consumer and customer data into sales-enablement tools, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver strategic projects.
- Lead projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Track performance metrics and use data to optimize future sales and customer engagement strategies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications of the Sales & Consumer Insights Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–7 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Market Research, or Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients or customers.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and customer-facing projects.
- Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (Mie-Trak Pro experience a plus).
