Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets for production line upgrades, new product introductions, or process improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, particularly those impacting production, quality, or safety.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding milestones, challenges, and decisions.
• Ensure all project deliverables comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project implementation and post-mortem analysis.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Waterfall) and project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interacting with technical teams, production staff, and senior leadership.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Direct experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle in a manufacturing context
• Familiarity with common manufacturing quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
