Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at TechCollect.ai, you will own the legal project lifecycle for our attorney partners and their HOA clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring legal workflows run smoothly, client relationships are actively managed, and internal milestones are aligned with revenue goals. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, proactive communication, and issue resolution.
- Your responsibilities include:
- Oversee and execute daily legal workflows to ensure timely achievement of milestones and compliance.
- Own and manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our process.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with attorney firms and HOA management companies.
- Proactively monitor client health, address concerns, and manage escalations to ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
- Monitor and coach Legal Coordinators to keep priorities on track and support individual performance.
- Present legal strategy to boards and managers, secure approvals, and oversee contract execution.
- Identify potential obstacles early, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters to the Legal Director when necessary.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in project management, workflow coordination, legal operations, or a related role (HOA, legal, or SaaS industry experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clients and partners.
- Ability to lead and support team members to achieve performance goals.
- Comfortable adapting to changing business needs and wearing multiple hats.
- Experience with CRM, workflow/project systems, legal/compliance software, or similar tools.
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach.
- Thrive in a tech-forward, startup environment with a collaborative team culture.
