A bit about us:

Our client is a rapidly scaling energy infrastructure developer building next-generation natural gas–powered generation assets in the United States. The organization is executing a flagship greenfield power project designed to deliver large-scale, reliable generation capacity to the grid at accelerated speed.

The company has recently secured and taken delivery of six highly sought-after industrial gas turbine units representing more than 300 megawatts of generation capacity in the current phase alone. These assets are among the most coveted in the global power market and position the organization to move decisively while others remain constrained by long equipment lead times.

With hundreds of heavy-haul shipments supporting the build and major mechanical and electrical scopes underway, this is a high-visibility, fast-moving infrastructure project with executive-level priority.

Why join us?

Build Critical Energy Infrastructure
This is not a maintenance role. This is a ground-up, utility-scale natural gas generation project that will directly support grid reliability and economic growth.

Execution-Focused Culture
The organization operates with urgency, accountability, and a results-driven mindset. If you thrive in environments where milestones matter more than meetings, you’ll fit right in.

True Project Ownership
You will lead the full lifecycle of a major power generation build — from equipment delivery through installation, commissioning, and commercial operation.

Elite Compensation & Benefits
$190K-250K base salary (commensurate with experience)
Performance-based bonus
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
Retirement benefits
Relocation assistance (if applicable)
High executive visibility and long-term growth potential
This is a career-defining opportunity for a Project Manager who wants full ownership of a large-scale energy project.

Coordinate receipt, inspection, and staging of six industrial gas turbine units.

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Financial & Contract Management
Track project budget, forecasts, and contingency usage.
Approve pay applications and manage contractor performance.
Lead scope negotiations and change management processes.
Provide executive-level reporting to ownership and stakeholders.

Commissioning & Turnover
Coordinate pre-commissioning, energization, and performance testing.
Ensure mechanical completion documentation is accurate and complete.
Drive successful plant startup and readiness for commercial operation.

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial or utility infrastructure projects.
