Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team, clients, and vendors to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that all project team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of any changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders, and escalate any issues or concerns as necessary.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, and that all project deliverables are properly documented and archived.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, and ensure that all resources are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, and ensure that all team members are motivated, engaged, and committed to project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on electrical projects.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and project team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to prioritize tasks and resources effectively.
  • Experience using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
