Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate fast-paced, mid-sized projects across our Engineering and Operations teams.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving cross-functional collaboration, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met within established timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects within engineering and operations functions.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, and progress reports using Client Project and Excel.
- Ensure all deliverables meet defined requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify potential risks or delays and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support process improvements and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in Client Excel and project management tools (e.g., Client Project or similar).
- Familiarity with the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Prior experience fast-paced, mid-sized projects across Engineering and Operations teams
