Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to all relevant stakeholders.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced ERP modules.
• Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
