Job Description:
Advantage Tech is looking for a Project Manager to Coordinate the migration of a mobile-first, customer-centric financial wellness app-from a cross-platform Ionic codebase to fully native iOS and Android applications. As Project Manager, you will report to the Product Director and will orchestrate collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Design teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and momentum for this strategic, high-visibility initiative.
Day to day, you'll...
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to ensure project milestones are met and dependencies are managed.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers, working with teams to resolve them.
- Support quality assurance, change control, and documentation efforts.
- Prepare and manage stakeholder communications, including demos and status reports.
- Ensure smooth transition of project deliverables to operational teams post-launch.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects.
- Experience coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience with native iOS/Android development projects is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project planning tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, etc.).
- Collaborative, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
