Job Details
As a Project Manager, you will lead the successful execution of mechanical and fire protection projects from inception through completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination to ensure timely and profitable delivery
- Managing communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to achieve project objectives
- Monitoring progress, quality, and compliance with all safety and industry regulations
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and change orders for accuracy and completeness
- Leading collaboration between field and office teams to identify solutions and drive efficiency
- Managing procurement, resource allocation, and project logistics to optimize performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Significant experience in mechanical contracting or construction project management
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of safety standards, codes, and industry regulations
