Job Details

What You’ll Do
  • Manage plumbing/mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and labor productivity
  • Oversee equipment procurement and subcontractor coordination
  • Manage change orders and client communications
  • Lead regular project meetings and progress updates

What They’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of construction project management experience
  • Background in mechanical or plumbing construction (design-build experience is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Compensation: $100K – $180K salary depending on experience + benefits including retirement plan, company matching, and paid time off.
