Job Details

Our construction firm, renowned for crafting high-end luxury homes, is seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager. This role willprovide an opportunity to leave a lasting imprint on the luxury residential landscape by managing our team's construction projects from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is a driven, detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in the luxury construction industry and a passion for delivering the ultimate in quality, class, and sophistication.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the planning and execution of all stages of luxury home construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to our clients' satisfaction.
2. Leading and mentoring a team of construction professionals, promoting a culture of teamwork, excellence, and accountability.
3. Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project expectations and deliverables.
4. Making crucial decisions under pressure to address project challenges and changes, always prioritizing quality and client satisfaction.
5. Managing project timelines and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal productivity and timely completion of tasks.
6. Implementing and maintaining stringent quality control measures to uphold our reputation for superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
7. Developing and executing strategic plans to optimize project performance, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, candidates must possess:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the luxury construction industry, with a portfolio showcasing completed luxury homes.
2. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Exceptional leadership skills, with a history of successfully managing construction teams to deliver high-quality results.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences.
5. Strong decision-making abilities, with a knack for making sound judgments under pressure.
6. Proven time management skills, with a track record of balancing multiple priorities to meet project deadlines.
7. A deep understanding of quality control processes in the luxury construction industry, with a commitment to delivering only the highest standards of work.
8. Experience in strategic planning and risk management, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project challenges proactively.
