A long‑established and rapidly growing General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to support their expanding operations across the Southeast. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented PM who thrives in complex industrial and commercial environments and wants to join a 4th‑generation, family‑owned business experiencing major expansion.
Client Details
A reputable contractor founded in 1938, now a 4th‑generation, family‑owned business with offices in Louisville (HQ), Lexington, Indianapolis, Phoenix, Fort Myers, and Nashville. The company is considered one of the largest contractors in the Kentuckiana region, known for constructing many of the area's most recognizable landmarks.
With strong momentum, the company is in a significant growth stage, including a recently opened Nashville office. They have strengthened their capabilities through major strategic moves, including the acquisition of APEX Integration in Tennessee for enhanced automation capabilities and a partnership with GCG Construction to improve Florida operations.
Description
- Manage industrial, manufacturing, automotive, commercial, and healthcare construction projects
- Oversee full project lifecycle including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a customer‑focused project experience
- Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence
- Support the execution of projects across the Southeast region with travel as needed
- Represent the company's values of integrity, dependability, and craftsmanship
Profile
- 4+ years of Project Management experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Strong background in managing complex, multi‑scope projects
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or healthcare projects preferred
Job Offer
- Base salary: $90,000-$120,000
- Annual bonus program
