We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical aspects of the construction process, including project managing, scheduling, cost engineering, subcontractor coordination, and project administration. This role will require a high level of communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate, manage, and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
2. Create project schedules, track progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure project stays on time and within budget.
3. Effectively manage project costs, implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
4. Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
5. Oversee project administration, including the preparation of reports and documentation, ensuring all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
6. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers, maintaining clear and effective communication at all stages of the project.
7. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health and safety laws and regulations.
8. Conduct project review meetings and provide detailed progress reports to management.
9. Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
10. Provide technical advice to project team members and resolve any issues or difficulties related to the project.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. 5+ years' experience commercial/industrial construction.
3. Proven experience in project scheduling, cost engineering, subcontractor coordination, and project administration.
4. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
7. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
