Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Job Order Contracting (JOC) to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced, small-to-medium-sized construction projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of JOC projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Prepare and review project estimates, proposals, and change orders.
Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years in JOC or similar delivery methods.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, estimating, and scheduling software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
