Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scope definition, and objective setting for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of production goals.
• Allocate and manage resources (personnel, materials, equipment) effectively within project constraints.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to production, supply chain, and quality.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality, supply chain).
• Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes, equipment, or product lines.
• Ensure all project activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems.
• Familiarity with CAD software or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
• Experience managing projects involving factory automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
