Job Details
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid understanding of construction management principles.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading project planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Preparing reports, documentation, and updates for leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction or a related industry.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
