Description



The Project Manager - Industrial & Healthcare Projects - Triad will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing construction drawings and specs to develop detailed labor, material, and cost estimates

  • Preparing bid packages and evaluating subcontractor proposals

  • Performing quantity takeoffs and maintaining accurate pricing databases

  • Collaborating with project management teams to update estimates throughout construction

  • Coordinating with vendors and subs to clarify scope and resolve issues

  • Building and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships

Profile



The successful Project Manager - Industrial & Healthcare Projects - Triad will have:

  • 5+ years of estimating experience with a commercial General Contractor

  • Ability to perform accurate takeoffs and material pricing

  • Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Proficiency with estimating software such as iSqFt, ProCore, Sage, On-Screen Takeoff

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)

  • Self-starter who works well both independently and in team settings

Job Offer



The Project Manager - Industrial & Healthcare Projects - Triad can expect:

  • Base salary up to $130,000 depending on experience

  • Annual performance-based bonus

5+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required
Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred
Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred
Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success
Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors
Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level
Local to Charlotte preferred, though relocators will be considered
