Their portfolio includes ground-up and renovation work in the healthcare, industrial, institutional, and office sectors, with project sizes ranging from $1M to $50M. With a consistent pipeline of work and a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team to help drive preconstruction efforts and support their continued growth.

Description

The Project Manager - Industrial & Healthcare Projects - Triad will be responsible for:

• Reviewing construction drawings and specs to develop detailed labor, material, and cost estimates

• Preparing bid packages and evaluating subcontractor proposals

• Performing quantity takeoffs and maintaining accurate pricing databases

• Collaborating with project management teams to update estimates throughout construction

• Coordinating with vendors and subs to clarify scope and resolve issues

• Building and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships

Profile

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a commercial General Contractor

• Ability to perform accurate takeoffs and material pricing

• Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Proficiency with estimating software such as iSqFt, ProCore, Sage, On-Screen Takeoff

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)

• Self-starter who works well both independently and in team settings

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $130,000 depending on experience
