Job Details
1. Manage and oversee various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
4. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress, and cost tracking reports.
5. Implement project financial management and cost control strategies to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.
6. Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project deliverables.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations, as well as legal requirements.
8. Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
9. Deliver regular and timely updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
10. Assist in the selection and management of subcontractors and coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
3. Strong understanding of project financial management and cost control.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project teams.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
7. Proven track record of managing large and complex construction projects.
8. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
9. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
11. Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.
12. Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures.
13. Extensive experiencing managing budgets for large construction projects.
14. Strong aptitude for numbers, and financial reports.
15. Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources.
16. Conflict resolution and conflict management experience.
17. Excellent time management ability.
18. Able to multi-task with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
