Core Description / Role Purpose
Leads and/or participates in departmental planning activities and projects or initiatives. Ensures project activities, tasks, and deliverables are completed successfully-on time, with expected quality, and within budget-while balancing potentially competing departmental priorities and needs. Serves as a subject matter expert in project management processes and an effective communicator to promote and advance project objectives across teams and stakeholders.
Primary Job Duties*

Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes, and other complex project documentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.). Organize and maintain filing systems, webinars and trainings, and perform complex data entry and data management. Ensure all records and business-sensitive information are developed, distributed, handled, retrieved, and archived appropriately.

In collaboration with team members and Comagine Health's contracting and compliance team, contribute to updates of policies and procedures, as directed.

Partner with operations leaders to develop, monitor, and oversee delegated Care Management initiatives, including scoping, project planning, project management, process improvement, prioritization, problem-solving, establishment and evaluation of success metrics, and coordination with other projects and programs as needed.

Manage assigned implementation and departmental operations projects, including developing and tracking project plans and schedules, client communication and management as needed, resolving feasibility and workflow challenges, and ensuring final products are high quality and delivered on time.

Monitor assigned department-wide initiatives and document initiative status, outcomes, and results.

Position RequirementsEducation**
Associate's degree (AA/AS) in healthcare, business, public health, information technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licensure
Not required.
Certifications
Project management certification preferred (Project Management Institute's CAPM or PMP).
Years of Experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field managing or coordinating projects or initiatives with demonstrated success, knowledge, and ongoing professional development.
