Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to production, supply chain, and quality.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate project status, changes, and issues to stakeholders effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise
• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment (e.g., new product introduction, process improvement, facility expansion)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for project planning and execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP (e.g., SAP PP, Oracle Manufacturing) or MES systems.
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles.
