Description
- Plan, organize, and manage hospitality renovation projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee budgeting and ensure costs remain within the allocated resources.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project success.
- Lead project teams effectively, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Hospitality Renovations should have:
- Strong experience in construction project management, particularly within the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety guidelines.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Job Offer
Base salary: $120k-$145k
