Job Details
WeWe are seeking a detail driven Project Manager to support commercial healthcare and office developments in Southlake, Texas from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project execution from bidding and preconstruction through turnover
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules in Microsoft Project, tracking critical path and milestone dates
- Manage submittals, requests for information, permits, and change orders
- Coordinate with superintendents, vendors, architects, and engineers to maintain alignment and progress
- Support budget tracking, procurement logs, and cost updates
- Participate in site walks, quality checks, and punch list resolution
- Maintain accurate project files, documentation, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 3 to 10 years of commercial construction or development experience, healthcare exposure preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with budgeting, permitting, document control, and construction workflows
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, or similar construction management software
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
