Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, scopes, and timelines for manufacturing initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain personnel.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues specific to manufacturing environments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control standards (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) relevant to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
• Experience managing projects involving automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Knowledge of specific industry quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 13485)
