Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, production, supply chain, quality) to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
• Manage resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, specific to manufacturing demands.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO, lean manufacturing), and company policies.
• Communicate project status, key milestones, and potential roadblocks effectively to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate continuous improvement efforts within manufacturing processes identified during project execution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and mitigate risks effectively.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS)
• Technical degree in engineering or a related manufacturing field
• Experience with automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, or advanced manufacturing technologies
• Familiarity with specific quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
