Job Details
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality results across a variety of sectors including healthcare, retail, education, and municipal facilities.
Responsibilities
Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
Oversee site operations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with local codes and regulations.
Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to keep timelines and budgets on track.
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and scheduling tools.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
