We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Project Manager, specializing in General Construction for Federal Projects. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who have a passion for construction and a desire to work on exciting, high-profile projects. As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising projects from development to completion. You will be working closely with a diverse team and federal clients, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Job Details
- Federal construction experience required — we work FAA, USACE, NPS, and GSA projects across multiple states
- Must own technical delivery: schedules, budgets, submittals, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs
- Comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously
- Strong under pressure — our PMs deal with complex federal clients, tight schedules, and they need to be able to work through problems that come from multiple directions without losing their composure
- Procore experience preferred
- This isn't a paper-pusher role — we need people who take ownership and drive results
