Job Summary:
The Packaging Project Manager oversees and manages high-volume creative packaging programs, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through production and delivery. This role partners closely with Product and Packaging teams to balance priorities, manage workflow, and deliver results in fast-paced environments where the ability to work in ambiguity and manage multiple deadlines is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate coordination of creative packaging projects from inception to delivery.
  • Manage workflow and communication to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Partner with Product and Packaging teams to identify priorities and balance workload.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously through Development, Production, and Photography Studio processes.
  • Forecast resource needs and proactively identify barriers to project success.
  • Provide recommendations to senior leadership for problem resolution.
  • Lead project meetings to keep initiatives on track and solution-oriented.
  • Manage milestone movement through creative development, approval, revision, and final delivery.
  • Make timely decisions under tight deadlines.
  • Maintain flexibility and respond quickly to shifting priorities and opportunities.
Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of project management experience managing creative teams, preferably within a design agency or internal packaging team.
  • Experience managing high-volume workloads in fast-paced environments.
  • Workflow management experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Knowledge of creative print production processes and timelines.
  • PMP certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
