What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager/Estimator, you’ll be responsible for managing fire sprinkler installation projects from start to finish — ensuring every system is delivered safely, efficiently, and on budget.

Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and deliver fire sprinkler projects on time and within budget
  • Review drawings and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee field staff, fabrication, and design schedules
  • Track budgets, job costs, change orders, and documentation
  • Lead project meetings, kickoff sessions, and progress updates
  • Maintain strong relationships through clear and professional communication

Estimating Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate bids based on project drawings and specifications
  • Perform hydraulic and hydrant flow calculations
  • Estimate materials, labor, and equipment needs
  • Update and maintain bid tracking databases
What You Bring
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in fire sprinkler Project Management or Estimating
  • Strong understanding of fire protection and construction drawings
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and change orders
  • Familiar with permits, submittals, RFI processes, and field coordination
  • Proficient with project management tools and digital file systems
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-focused
