Project Manager – Construction
Location: Englewood NJ In-Office (Full-Time)
Salary: $100K starting, growth potential

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role requires active project management experience; training will only cover company-specific processes and the particular line of construction. After 6–12 months, there is an opportunity to grow into a leadership role overseeing the full PM team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion

• Use Excel and takeoff/estimating software to track costs, schedules, and resources

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

• Collaborate with team members and senior leadership to optimize workflow and project performance

• Participate in company-specific process training

Qualifications

• Proven construction project management experience required

• Strong knowledge of Excel and takeoff/estimating programs

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

This is a full-time, in-office role with travel expenses negotiable and clear growth to project management leadership.
