Established electrical contractor specializing in municipal and industrial infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee full lifecycle delivery of medium-voltage electrical construction projects. This role will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment of budget, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects from initial planning through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost projections, and budget forecasts
- Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, and contract administration
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Align field production with schedule and cost performance
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain profitability
- Lead internal and external project meetings
- Interface with municipal clients, utilities, engineers, and inspectors
- Handle RFI submittals, change orders, project forecasting, and reporting
- Maintain positive working relationships with owners, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects, preferably in heavy industrial, wastewater, oil & gas, or chemical environments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and control diagrams
- Proven experience leading teams and coordinating across trades and disciplines
