Description

• Serve as the on-site lead for a major data center project in Clarksville, VA.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors and clients, fostering positive working relationships.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and project documentation.
• Support and mentor assistant project managers and site staff.

Profile

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager; open to Assistant Project Managers ready for promotion.
• Experience with drywall, framing, or Division 9 trades preferred; GC or subcontractor backgrounds considered.
• Familiarity with data center construction is a plus but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• On-site management experience, with the ability to oversee complex projects.
