Job Details
This company is seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to deliver complex construction projects successfully.
Professional Experience
- Experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and subcontractor performance
- Experience coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Proficiency with construction management software and standard office tools
Leadership & Communication
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Education & Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CCM, LEED AP) are a plus
