Project Manager Construction (On-site)

Our client is seeking a Project Manager Construction to join their Houston team in a direct hire position. This role will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through implementation
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to secure reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship in accordance with plans and specifications
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and manage documentation and change orders
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction management or a related field
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred
- Experience in precast concrete, fencing, masonry, or related construction

Salary
$110,000 – $115,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications) annually with the potential for a 10–15% annual bonus.
