Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Project Manager, Construction to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is focused on managing construction projects with an emphasis on delivering quality work within timelines and budget constraints. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing project execution from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
- Coordinate with crews and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage schedules and monitor job progress, identifying and addressing any challenges proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to project status, budgeting, and compliance.
- Ensure safety and compliance on every job site, implementing best practices and addressing any issues promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction processes.
- Experience managing construction or roofing-related projects.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Commitment to ensuring safety and compliance on job sites.
- Proactive leader with a focus on excellent customer service and project execution.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, first shift.

Additional Details
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
