Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are a well‑established General Contractor headquartered in Chicagoland, delivering a diverse mix of ground‑up and complex renovation projects across the Chicago metro area. Our work spans commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and mixed‑use environments, with a strong base of repeat clients who value our consistency and execution.

Our teams are built around clear processes, realistic schedules, and accountability. Project Managers here are trusted to run their work — supported by experienced Superintendents, APMs, and Project Engineers — without unnecessary bureaucracy or micromanagement. We invest in our people, promote from within, and focus on long‑term careers rather than short‑term project wins.

If you’re looking for a PM role where your decisions matter, your projects are well‑supported, and leadership understands construction, you’ll fit in here.

Why join us?
  • True PM ownership: You’ll run your projects end‑to‑end — budget, schedule, contracts, and client relationships — with the authority to make decisions and the support to execute them well.
  • Strong field partnership: Our Project Managers work with experienced Superintendents who know how to run work, not just report it. No babysitting, no chaos.
  • Well‑planned projects: Realistic schedules, solid preconstruction, and organized handoffs so PMs can focus on delivery instead of damage control.
  • Leadership that understands construction: You’ll work for people who have actually built projects and value accountability over micromanagement.
  • Career longevity: We promote from within, invest in our people, and build long‑term careers — not short‑term project fixes.
  • Competitive compensation: Market‑leading salary, performance‑based bonuses, strong benefits, and stability backed by a consistent project pipeline.
