Project Manager | Commercial Solar & Energy Storage
AlphaHire
Bonny Doon, CA
The energy transition is happening now — and our client is building the infrastructure that makes it real. A vertically integrated clean energy company operating across engineering, construction, and long-term asset management, they don't just build solar and storage projects: they originate, design, construct, and operate them with full lifecycle accountability. This is a team that thinks like operators and executes like builders.
They're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on structured execution, owns their projects end-to-end, and brings a solutions-first mindset to every challenge. If you're energized by complex, high-stakes clean energy construction and want to grow inside an organization that's scaling fast and promoting from within, this is the role.
